Musickness: "Whisper Song"

Boy: Gusto kitang bulungan...
Girl: Ano naman ang ibubulong mo???

Hmmmmm...

This is my current LSS...

I first heard this song in Glee, then Drew from X Factor sang her version in movie week. Almost immediately, I searched for the original version from Coldplay....

But (sorry guys), I think Boyce Avenue's cover is my favorite by a clear mark...

Wahhhhhhhh....

If only I could whisper like them.... so ethereal...

"Lights Will Guide You Home
And Ignite Your Bones
And I Will Try To Fix You..."

Boyce Avenue - Fix You lyrics

When You Try Your Best But You Don't Succeed
When You Get What You Want But Not What You Need
When You Feel So Tired But You Can't Sleep
Stuck In Reverse

And The Tears Come Streaming Down Your Face
When You Lose Something You Can't Replace
When You Love Someone But It Goes To Waste
Could It Be Worse?

Lights Will Guide You Home
And Ignite Your Bones
And I Will Try To Fix You

And High Up Above Or Down Below
When You're Too In Love To Let It Go
But If You Never Try You'll Never Know
Just What You're Worth

Lights Will Guide You Home
And Ignite Your Bones
And I Will Try To Fix You

Tears Stream Down Your Face
When You Lose Something You Cannot Replace
Tears Stream Down Your Face
And I

Oh Woah Oh

Tears Stream Down Your Face
I Promise You I Will Learn From My Mistakes
Tears Stream Down Your Face
And I

Lights Will Guide You Home
And Ignite Your Bones
And I Will Try To Fix You

Boy: Eh di yung mga salitang gusto mong marinig pero ayaw mong iparinig sa iba....

Hopping Around: "CSI:BAGUIO... the case of the unused ticket PART2"

Girl: Bakit naman?

Movie Bullets: "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part1"

Boy: Vampire ka ba???
Girl: Hindi naman... bakit???

Ofcourse, Ofcourse...

...Y'all knew I would post a review for this movie...

But hey... for a self proclaimed Popularist, this is too popular to let go...

Fact: I have not read any book from this saga. I'm strictly Filipino (if you get what I mean...).
Fiction: I am a fan. Wahahaha Popularist lang!

Enough is enough... this time I asked few of my online friends to share their thoughts for this movie.

Disclaimer: The following comments have been quoted with consents from their respective originators. These individuals are not professional film critics (or what so ever) but their opinions do matter. But, the views and opinions expressed by the contributors do not necessarily reflect those of the blogger (that's me) and the administrator (that's me again)...

"The only reason why I like Twilight in the first place is Edward. I beg you to excuse my old, immature self for falling in love with the perfect-boyfriend 'Edward'. =P
Now, I know better. "
But, the wedding was spectacular with all those pretty white (hanging) flowers. All weddings are beautiful. =)"

"slow, bland yet sexy. the trailer can tell the whole film... 1 star out of 5..."

"expect the expected..o_0 like ko ang last scene..."

Well... for me, I think there's too much kissing scene (sabi nga ng kapatid ko parang soft porn na...LoL)...
On the brighter side, surprisingly... believe it or not, I did like the movie...
Maybe it's the graphics or the gorgeous beach house or the toasts ("I know Edward will be a good husband... because I'm a cop" wahahahhahaha)...
Whateva it was, I swear... I was not that disappointed ('cause I  expected the worst...)

Hmmmmm....Maybe, a 1.75 bullets is fair enough...
Remember, the fewer the bullets the more I like it.

Boy: Kasi willing na willing akong magpakagat sa'yo...

Musickness: "Inspired Song"

Boy: Para kang bata...
Girl: Bakit naman...

Just saw Sam Milby and Angeline Quinto at Glorietta, Makati.
(This could be a part 2 for "When Stars Collide" but unfotunately (for them), I did not have any pictures for proof (of purchase???)

They were having a mini concert entitled "Inspired."

Anyways, Sam sang his latest single "Hindi Kita Iiwan" at the event. And, coincidentally this song is included to my super-mega exclusive playlist.

To those who do not know me, I have a strictly 15-songs(max)-policy for my playlist.
(If I like the song... pasok agad... kapag nagsawa na, evict agad.) (parang PBB lng di ba???)

Without further blabbing random things, here is the MV of Sam's latest single. Enjoy.

Hindi Kita Iiwan

Umiiyak ka na naman mahal
Lagi na lang ika’y nasasaktan
Sabi niya
Di ka iiwanan
Ikaw ay nabigo
Kayo’y nagkalayo

Ako’y nahihirapan
Pag ika’y nasasaktan

PS: Have I mentioned that I saw Mr. M as well??? 'Thinks he just saw the next big thing.

Boy: Hindi kasi kita maiwan... baka mawala ka...

Musickness: "Pasko Song"

Boy: Pasko na ba?
Girl: Hindi pa naman.... bakit?

The Kapamilya Network just released their 2011 Christmas Station ID.

Maria Aragon (the girl who covered Lady Gaga's song Born This Way and was featured on Ellen...) popped out the song "Da Best Ang Pasko Ng Pilipino."

Ofcourse, the station's most stellar stars (including the news department) graced the video...

The catch.... it was shot in different countries around the world... talking about going global.

See it below and feel the season of love and giving once again...

Da Best Ang Pasko Ng Pilipino

maraming araw sa ating buhay
ang hinahanap may kalayuan
di man tanaw, di nauubusan
ng tiwala sa sarili't
lakas ng dasal
Da Best Ang Pasko Ng Pilipino

alam mong sa dulo ng bawat taon
naghihintay ang masayang panahon
(pinapawi) lahat ng lumbay
(pangungulila) at paghihintay

ang damdamin ay tumatawid
sa lupa, sa dagat, o sa langit
maiinit na palad sa gabing malamig
pinaglalapit ng pag-ibig

ito ang Pasko
pagmamahala ng pinagsasaluhan
ito ang Pasko
inaangat ang isa't-isa
ito ang Pasko
Panginoon ang laging kasama
ito ang Pasko
saan man sa mundo
da best ang pasko ng Pilipino

anumang pinagdaanan, may kabigatan
wala naman tayong di nakayanan
nasaan ka man, walang maiiwanan
ang bawat isa ang ating tahanan

ang damdamin ay tumatawid
sa lupa, sa dagat, o sa langit
maiinit na palad sa gabing malamig
pinaglalapit ng pag-ibig

ito ang Pasko
pagmamahala ng pinagsasaluhan
ito ang Pasko
inaangat ang isa't-isa
ito ang Pasko
Panginoon ang laging kasama
ito ang Pasko
saan man sa mundo
da best ang pasko ng Pilipino

lumalaki ang bawat puso
lumalalim ang pagsasama
sa pinamahaba, pinakamasayang Pasko
sa mundo

ito ang Pasko
pagmamahala ng pinagsasaluhan
ito ang Pasko
inaangat ang isa't-isa
ito ang Pasko
Panginoon ang laging kasama
ito ang Pasko
saan man sa mundo
da best ang pasko ng Pilipino

ito ang Pasko
pagmamahala ng pinagsasaluhan
ito ang Pasko
inaangat ang isa't-isa
ito ang Pasko
Panginoon ang laging kasama
ito ang Pasko
saan man sa mundo
da best ang pasko ng Pilipino

da best ang Pasko
da best ang Pasko
ng Pilipino

Scratch non-POP: "PinoyMonkeyPride"

Boy: Bakit andyan ka???
Girl: Saan ba dapat???

PinoyMonkeyPride's videos about 'revealing the truth' and 'educating the Filipinos' have been circulating on various social networking sites for the past weeks (or so)...

(It was claimed that it was not a propaganda for something... but it sure looks like one.)

I have watched several of his posted videos in YouTube and I was left in an awe....

I cannot even open my mouth to comment... I am just dumbfounded...

It felt like I was told that my favorite ice cream is not really an ice cream...

Or, that I am not really dressed in front of the public (talking about bare naked)...

Hmmmm...

Just see the clips below and... please (palihog) leave a comment on this post... I badly need it...

In all fairness, maganda ang editing at graphics sa video... AWARD...

Boy: Sa puso ko...

Movie Bullets: "Praybeyt Benjamin"

Boy: Baril ka ba?
Girl: Bakit, magpapaputok ka?

Hmmmm... I would like to express my own personal (own na nga may personal pa???) opinion about this movie...

But hey... who cares about what I have to say??? Who am I anyways??? As if I know exactly what I'm blabbing about...

So, for this movie bullet... I seek the help of few of my friends (or not), colleagues and countrymen...

If this comes out successful than my previous bullets, maybe I'll stick on doing this in my up and coming reviews...

Besides, two (or more) heads are better than one...

"One of a kind movie... If laughter is what you expect, more is what you get".

Jowel, 24
Movie Projectionist from Bacolod

"It's like a comedy bar experience inside a movie house..."
Rmheen, 20 plus
Engineer from Taguig

"Non-sense.... but in a good way".
Ian, 27
Engineer from Bacoor

"The movie is hilariously entertaining".

Boss Mike, 25
Engineer from San Juan

"UNO, UNO yung movie... worth it talaga. 'Di nakakasawa ang punchlines ni Vice".

Shema, 20 something
Engineer from Cavite

Basically, I agree to what they said... the movie will indeed tickle your funny bone continuously until you break down... (Osteoporosis ang effect... calcium ang kailangan...)

Maybe, a quarter of a bullet will do... whatyathink???
Remember, the fewer the bullets the more I like it.

Boy: Eto naman... Kasi hindi kita kayang paglaruan. Baka kasi makapatay ka...
